Commentary: Despite anti-scam efforts, many Singaporeans are still falling victim to mobile phone scams. What can be done?

Out of the 4 listed, one of the culprit is FACEBOOK.

After 2 years, useless Shoot Blank Queen is not suing them?

1) FB is not E-commerce website

2) If yes, they did not follow MAS Laws

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 87 PAP Ministers?

Let us add on "gullibility" as these victims willingly trusted strangers with their money and personal details.

This applies to politicians who refuse to come forward to "serve' the country unless they are paid a starting salary of $1 million per year.

Ironically, the statistics actually suggest that younger people are 10% more likely to be scammed in SG because they spend more time on social media and are more likely to be searching for cheaper deals.

Woody Goh admitted as much when he stated publicly that when he looks for a potential Minister, he wouldn't consider any candidate who earns less than $1 million annually from the public or private sectors. This is because he considers such people "mediocre" since their capacity is not up to that amount of money.  If this is not elitist, then what is?
