S'poreans' housing financial burden keep increasing with time - put a stop!
#1

Because of unaffordable and small housing Sjngaporeans struggle to start a family...and are under severe stress due to high housing debt.

Things have just gotten worse with time as leaders fail to solve this after many years of promising to do so

You must understand that there are lots more aged voters, and the pitch had been about asset growth thru HDB. And because people got sold a stupid idea, which totally doesn't make sense to associate cost of living as a proxy of quality of living. Key point is that you cannot sell off your asset without another roof over your head unless you bail out of Singapore.

Now that the bulk have HDB, the bulk do not want to see the prices come down cos it means they technically lose money and their retirement.. but the truth is, you end up with higher cost of living but a wet dream cos you can never retire... And lease buyback? I dunno how discounted is that...

But there are many willing buyers. These people seem to have a lot of cash in their pockets.

Only can say " Don't have a big head don't try to wear a big hat ".

Is all depend your lifestyle. Is like some per month just earn 1k+ or 2k ++ yet spend a lot per month literally all one month wages spend finish on top also use the follow wages coming in.
