That means she is not really popular in SE Asia after all. Need our government financial assistance in order to come here.

So STB gave up to $24M in grants? Assuming it’s up to $4M per concert so 6 concerts would be up to $24M max?

tomorrow will be a better day

"Singapore, where the government helps pay for your Taylor Swift tickets

Singapore has awarded Taylor Swift a grant to perform in the city-state, government authorities say, acknowledging efforts to persuade the pop star to perform on the island – her only stop in Southeast Asia – and the potential boon to the economy from her concerts"

You are proud of such achievement to deprive others

Luckily, swift isn't the only survival essential or last resort to keep human beings from extinction...

Well definitely not for a mountain tortoise like you

Swift will perform at the 55,000-seat National Stadium for six nights in March 2024, including additional dates, for a total of 330,000 seats. This is a bigger total audience than at her stop in Japan -- where she has four shows scheduled at the similarly sized Tokyo Dome -- in a sign of organizers' expectations for her ability to draw a crowd.

Singapore is the only Southeast Asian stop on Swift's global tour. The concerts are attracting fans from nearby countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Sponsor United Overseas Bank, which offered exclusive early access to tickets to its cardholders, starting July 5, anticipates an upswing in travel to Singapore from elsewhere in Southeast Asia in March 2024.

"Daily average UOB credit card applications across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam in the week of 21 to 27 June 2023 increased 45 per cent compared with preceding weeks in the month," the company said

Well, we had cold play, Ed Sheeran, air show (currently), F1 ...........

Better than opposition keep whining about reserve, instead of giving ideas on how to increase our reserve

Becoz of Singapore national stadium seats limitations to only 55,000, some smart people come out of such ideas..

In future, other ASEAN countries will do exactly  the same too..
