Do you guys noticed once you pay in USD

no doubt Bank deduct the amount in SIN dollar but next day you log in , further deduct ,

I know maybe due to coversion rate and bank services?

You must by now know
what is currency what is money
later upgrade to milk shake theory
meaning all do QE etc but Unclesam got straw to suck the milk shake
not easy for normal joe to understand

The US bank will earn from the exchange rate. While maybe the local bank will earn from the service charge.
