I mean those like all along speak English ones from their grandparents days down to current gen.

Of course lah because our 1st language in school is English since the 70s?. Those who attended Chinese language schools are older and smaller in numbers. Older so not so productive anymore, many retired.

It is only statistics. Nothing unusual.
