I noticed a lot elderly surely take afternoon nap.

even I uncle liao also sometimes need to or else will feel dam sleepy later..but come night time sometimes hard to sleep partly maybe take afternoon nap.

I read from medical times, Doc mention take a short afternoon nap is good but at most roughly 15 to 30 mins cannot over one hour or else night time cannot sleep.
