I noticed new BTO flat within just one year or so cracks line will appear on your wall.

even those old HDB flat after 30 , 40 years , of course due to aging but also maybe due to renovation.
means your block, neighbours do home renovation and those knocking etc cause the cracks on other units

like wise for outside project like HDB , LTA , whatever dig , drill

Each wall must have a certain thickness to withstand the vibration. After so much drilling, knocking . . .the HDB flats that we leased will show cracks. No point fixing it since it will be ZERO value after the 99 year old lease.

Depends who the Developer of the project is. Whether the materials used is high or low specs.
