Must have thousands of such stealing cases not discovered.

It is pretty lucrative.....seen some of these Indian workers selling wires/cables to Karang Guni shops in Little India area years back.

SG has been helping them to prosper and be wealthy back home!

Strictest enforcement is certainly necessary.
