Boon Lay Place monitored for Zika transmission after 1 case in December, 'persistent viral signals' in area 
 
The National Environment Agency (NEA) said it has been conducting “intensive vector control operations” at the Boon Lay area since November last year, and urged residents to allow NEA officers to inspect their premises and spray insecticide.
