Just one of the working visa to work in the US with condition that the investment of USD 800K to be in a regional project for 5 to 7 years. The applicant is granted "An EB-5 card" and becomes eligible for priority processing for a green card with permanent stay status. Singapore does not have this scheme; only Permanent Resident scheme with investment of at least SGD2,5 mil. Applying for working permit needs no investments but it has a Business visa that needs investment of only USD100,000 (USD72,000)

But that is not the point because Singapore Citizen needs only USD 150K to get a similar business visa called E2 Visa. The advert not for Singaporeans.
