The West views 'China's rise' as a miracle, but the Chinese don't really sees it that way,they knew in 90% of the recent 3000 years of world history, they led the world in almost all aspects of human civilization; in technology, art, literature, innovations and discoveries. That's why they call the 'miracle' phenomenal growth the world have witnessed a revival rather than a rise. Short sighted people, or people with short history only saw the worst periods of China. Returning to a position it used to occupy is only a matter of time, there isn't anything, anybody. any country can do to stop it.
