Intel said in March that Biden fully endorsed Intel to get the 8.5 billion chip fund but it was delayed due to this investigation about Intel's 2.13 billion in China.

Our Capitaland also cannot "tahan"  liao.  They have as much investment in China as in Singapore.  They are diversting their portfolio in China.  Recently,  they sold away their Suzhou Asset for about RMB 1.4 billion to cut losses. Stock prices went above last peak for the 1st time since 2022.  May be can start buying Capitaland if they continue to divest.
