Key thing to avoid unnecessary injuries when running or jogging is simply to listen to your body and mind.

It isn't just about knowing you are tired, muscle cramp ....Once you see stars and dizzy - STOP and REST

See stars very jialat leow. Never been in that situation so far.

Normal to Brisk walking is the best.

One more fact to add to slow walking. Take deep breathing. 
It will improve the Qi in the body.
