Dow Jones soars 350 points, sets new all-time high as rate cut hopes surge

They expected Fed to cut the rate in March 2023 when DOW was about 31,000. After more than 1 year and now at ATH of about 40,000, they still expect Fed to cut the rate. If this can continue, will be good to see Fed not cutting rate.
