If the cyclist had cycled on, how could the scdf ambulance have attended to him?
Nowadays, cyclists don't stop the see whether there are any vehicles coming, they just dash across, as they have been allowed by AMAP/LTA to do so!
Out of 100, may be if I am lucky, i can see one or two who alight and push their bike across!
