Actually I rather all become driverless taxi even PHV.
NO need to see driver face.
No need to scare my conservation been overheard
No doubt surely there will be security camera inside these driverless taxi , PHV also recorder but at least No need to face a driver.

this I agree, some driver really attitude problem, as if the world is owing them a living. lodge a complain/feedback also useless.

Many drivers especially those late nite PHV drivers, always like to use one tactic. they arrive then if any dark spot, they hide there and wait. then pretend customer no show for X mins, there will be a charge. met this few times, even caught one and confront him, then he LL. after that complain to Grab, but also no use.

Driveless Taxi cannot choose and pick. This is good for passengers.
Many times my mother and maid could not flag down a taxi and I have to drive to the polyclinic to pick them. She said many taxi drivers slowed down and saw that she was on a walking frame, they sped off.
