That big junction connecting nh, mountbatten and guillimard rd, a very dangerous place especially for cars turning from nh into mountbarten rd

Totally wrong.
it is precisely there is a traffic so road users are alert of one another.
The early hours are all assumptions and no car around to keep your direction and speed in check.
