This doctor is very irresponsible and I think people should avoid him after his name is repeated a fair number of times in the article. And he cited that others leave the surgery as a common practice. Yet he acknowledges that he never up the oxygen level to 100% as he forgot to or never pay attention to.
What kind of a doctor is he? And he still wants to practice or had been practicing all these time like 6 years until this court decision? And still ask for a shorter sentence??

A very irresponsible doctor, don't he know that he is a professional and people's lives are at his hand..........
