he did not go thru the necessary process. and did not clean up the king pin behind. the result is his current kidnap by their current. in illegal custody of icc now. shame on icc.
no tooth to bite the big countries so turn to small target that does good thing to build credibilities.
wonder how much money the drug king pin has contributed to this. (my guess only)
so next time anyone want to wipe out drug lord. make sure go thru process. like a court procedure even without the present of the criminal. let court judge then do the job of arrest or otherwise.
wonder if they do the same to ducksin as rumours last time also say something similar.
