Start to use olive oil instead of normal vegetable oil….eat more avocados…eat more fish than red meat….do a bit of walking everyday

Olive oil best to eat it without heating up. Because all oil after heating up will not be good as been told by expert.

Correct, must use extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.
