The Japan project is a joint venture between TSMC and Sony. The plant will be used to produce chips for both companies while The Arizona project is being built by TSMC alone.

Less than 3nm chip design, it is about quantum effect. It is very difficult to fabricate further.

Need to come out newer concept to breakthrough.
Cannot stick to current technology.
