PAP's FT #1 POLICY

Even if we get a job, the long working hours and low salary is for us

Better to be FT with a job, long working hours and HIGH salary instead

65% Idiots voted for this suffering

** Sorry. I think this link from MOM website is more updated
MOM seems to be increasing the salary scale every year

hmmm....when I started out on my 1st job, I was also disillusioned about what  "good jobs" really is.

To build one's dream career or biz or enterprise is not about expecting Life is all 一帆风顺...

Can MP Jamus tell me how to not to be "disillusioned" in a world that is already ultra-competitive ?  Big Grin

PAP imported so many FTs until own citizens have difficulties with jobs housing and cost of living.

Is this the action of a govt that js good for the people of Singapore?

I dont think so

Errr...Have anyone read what MP Jamus Lim said about CECA ?  Big Grin

Where CECA was concerned, he asserted that the gains were “less unambiguously positive” due in part to India’s massive population size which would lead to a flood of Indian nationals in the country, resulting in displaced locals as these foreigners are more enticing for employers given their lower costs...Lim said that as “an international economist”, he recognised “that the support for trade liberalisation is seldom an unequivocal one”.

Yar, actually first job is just trying out and testing

Then the disillusion will fade away after 12 mths

That is why my secondary school provided FREE 1 DAY Tour of a few big companies

I am sure by now all schools have this program to help students when

they step into the working world

Staying "low" does not mean one can avoid being stressed and disillusioned with your job..Big Grin

That is why PAP gives Foreigners 5Cs ( Cars, Condo, Cash, . . . )

And tell Born Citizens to rethink NEW 5Cs ( Character, Culture, Credibility . . . )
