Whether she was aware or not is just one side of the story.
How can the RM stoop so low!
Sell such a long term product to a 66 year old person (someone wrote that can terminate early without loss only after 10 years !)
The bank should bear some responsibility for this!
The authorities need to take action!

My experience with insurance agents goes like this: they approach me.... I tell them that I'm uninsurable (cos of age).... then they try to sell me some SHORT TERM endowment policy, a few years only.
How can anyone, in good conscience sell such a long term product to a 66 year old?

This is no surprise at all!!!.  DBS have no problem at all selling 10+ year products to elderly people.  They might have the sales agreement in place in B & W, but the morality behind their sales methods is despicable...
