Most of the time it will be the local SMEs and GLCs that have the highest MCs. Who wants to work like a dead horse for them when the 7 unfriendly areas are not up to standard?

My previous boss wasn't in favour of WFH and loved calling for frequent physical meetings (not online) owing to his own trust issues. Even when he was on medical leave, he told his PA to claim he was on annual leave if any staff inquired. He also put his email out of office notification as "on leave".
