many uncompleted, 烂尾,all over china today, all these borrow money from from husband & wife side, also banks, all needs to continue to apy back yet forever will not get their property, norm in china today.
2nd hand property cannot sell & not many buyers due to too high risk, plenty of agents bankrupt & collapse.
money very hard to flow out of china if they want to sell china property & run road, from china stop bitcoin & what happening to macau casino, all know china is real poor, no money & blocking all loophole to let money flow out.
just do it & just a matter of time.
harbin, 2nd or 3rd liner city of china, if property price down to 15 yrs ago, then top city like shanghai, beijing, shenzhen easily back to 5 yrs & smaller city & town than harbin probabaly back 20-25 yrs ago price.

It is Fed tapering and interest rate rise next year to curb inflation. Reduce credit always led to bust. Yesterday MAS warn property holders Not to over leverage.

Before low interest rate, there are also property crashes. Low interest rate is to save those who speculate. Should let those who speculate in property kaput and reset.
