meditation is good for you.

i meditate everyday, and i am feeling more at peace, and i wont reply to anger.

i do vipassana meditation.

I only know metta meditation. Too many discussion about killing recently and people cheering for the death of civilian. Not good.

Meditate is good...so far no one has suddenly pass away from meditation..
