These employees suffered for Zuckerberg's mistake. He was hell bent on developing the useless metaverse while the real innovation elsewhere is in AI technology such as chatgpt. The CEO should be the first to take responsibility.

Meta expects everyone do things virtually and thinks that will be the trendy in 21st century, simply not true, human beings are social animals😆 People still prefer face-to-face interaction rather than talking to one another in front of a smart phone or computer, which many youngster like to do.

In this age of virtual communication, it's easy to forget the value of face-to-face interactions. There's a certain warmth and connection that can only be experienced in person. While technology has its advantages, it's important to remember that we are social animals at heart. As for Meta's layoffs, it's a significant move for the company. It'll be interesting to see how it impacts their future direction and whether the virtual trend they anticipate will truly dominate. In the meantime, I've been contemplating the idea of partnering with a Facebook ads agency to boost my business. Have any of you tried working with one? I'd love to hear your thoughts and recommendations.
