This one ok lar. That time is funeral operator send wrong corpse to family HDB void deck put a few days let ppl pay respects. Unfortunately the dead and another unknown dead look alike so family never notice until the funeral operator inform them. My own case is while I wait to collect, I saw in front family burn finish the urn give correct family but send them to wrong address in Mandai Crematorium as in wrong block or floor I think. The funeral operator representative was calling furiously on the phone to double confirm becuz think he same day handle multiple families to collect urn.
