As Ukraine and Russia are both major food supply countries.  

Now EU ask Russia to increase wheat supply to Europe.   

EU said to Russia in a command tone for wheat supply "EU sanction of Russia is a justified act; Russian supply to Europe is necessary as this is a humanitarian act".   

Wa, a bully is really a bully.
