I started using a pull up bar outdoor near my block during my evening walks, and it really changed how I think about fitness. It’s not just about pushing weight in the gym. Doing calisthenics outdoors makes workouts feel more fun and less like a chore. Plus, being around others using the pull up bar gives me extra motivation to keep going.
