It is amazing that people here still want to pay over a million dollars for a HDB 5-room flat. These kind of price, are for private condos....

Good things about the flat. Facing south which is the best facing in terms of weather. South is also where the landed properties are so the view is unblocked. Near Bishan North Shopping Mall. High floor at 37.
The bad points are that it is far from MRT, far from Junction 8, Bishan library. Also far from Bishan-AMK Park. It is near the Bishan North Neighbourhood Park so not that bad in terms of access to greenery.
