I’ve definitely experienced turbulence on some flights, and it can be really unsettling. Certain routes, especially those over mountains or through storm-prone areas, seem to have more issues. Personally, I find that flying in business class can make a difference. The extra space and comfort help me feel more relaxed during bumpy rides.

It's also interesting to think about how airlines manage these routes. They often adjust flight paths to avoid rough weather, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. I guess it’s part of flying, but knowing the worst routes can help when planning trips. Just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to turbulence.
