I don't understand why Air NZ cannot land a plane at Auckland airport but yet SQ can. It seems that landing is possible and Auckland airport is no longer flooded, just that Air NZ is trying to be cheap and doesn't want to send an empty plane to Singapore to pick up its stranded passengers.
