Can only do basic plumbing, cos if a pipe needs to be threaded then it is heavy work.  Also, it can be dangerous if one is not conversant with electrical works, cos they might be electrocuted .................

In many cases young ones start to climb the corporate ladders until career plateau, no more promotion prospects, dead end jobs, etc. They prefer to move on to be property agents by calculating close 1 deal for ten of thousands $ close 2-5 deals per year better than continue to stay in present jobs. To be a plumber is just as good as stay put in the boring present job.

If you are 70+ still are able to change lamp bulb or led lights.  In a HDB flat the ground to ceiling height is only 8ft. 6 inches, therefore a short ladder is enough to reach the ceiling lights.......to change it...............................
