The man who was assigned to coach the lady should be fired because he failed to improve her. Instead he is looking for means to get the lady sacked.

Mainly lacking Situational Awareness, poor knowledge of job duties, forgetfulness and basically not able to multitask or perform under pressure.

Base on the coach assessment

just demote her to simpler duties or

do only partial of her duties due to low IQ.

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
