In the old forum I posted to buy hospitality reits twice one at the height of pandemic in June 2020 and again in Nov 2020 when there was another dip when pandemic worsen.
My trades and prices were posted when I bought.

What to note is the delisting price is much higher than bottom but just below the pre pandemic levels. Many hospitality reits have not moved up much and probably still undervalued.
There should be some buying opportunities in this sector.
The only reason they want to delist is they see a strong recovery to prepandemic evels and are buying ba k everything on the cheap.
