fresh graduate not so fresh as many has nowadays go work before graduate to build the resume. so they fresh graduate with 2-3 years experince. has real work experience in the fueld of work.
as mnc, pay high then gic, temasek, nus also pay very high (if one can get in) so the rest governemnt department will follow and price spiral up. sme almost non chance normally as such high pay is beyond their operating cost.
by the way got to be in the right trade that people want. wrong trade sorry. go swim at the ground level. 3k starting pay.

I  think fresh engineering  graduates starting pay is around $3K per month......................

ceca is a mix group of people. some really good, get work done worth the pay.
those consultant/maanger level one i meet many is just talk very good. very up to date term like deep dive, change control. etc as long as western consultant use what term they follow. but in deep discussion just go round and round cause many of them no answer in their head. they just try to blur you then go find answer later.
also hear their meeting before. go thru motion one. people within team who does nothing go round and round what they going to do. but delivery nothing. no time line of delivery as well.

i am not saying all. some are really good. just a mix class of ceca. but mostly cannot made it. talk a lot deliver very little.
