The EV should be charged to 3/4 level ie about 75% charged before you can drive up

nowadays they seldom check, for petrol or undeclared goods. Just routinely open the car boot on entry to sg.
Unless you are nervous and look suspicious, then they may do a thorough check.

What is there to explain? The 3/4 tank rule is not applucable for EVs.

If you use previous models of Tesla cars, it is recommended to charge to 80%. By the time you reach there, it should be below 75%.
Most EV cars will be charged to 100% enough to drive back. The time spent charging in Malaysia is not worth the time unless you intend to spend the night there.

Who is the PAP transport minister? Is he sleeping or awake? If awake how come still no ruling for EVs entering Malaysia and COE rulings for EVs in place of petrol vehicles?
