Consider selling while the valuation remains high. ..If you wait for a financial crisis,maybe coming soon... you might find that no one is interested in your property... unless you're hoping for an en bloc sale

That is " special case " and EPIC not going well as some resident feel they rather their flat don't get affected.

Your house only left about 30 years ah? So, you will be still around when it teaches zero value and taken back by HDB. You still dun buy a unit with at least 60 years lease to last your life time ah?

I suspect HDB extend the lease. If you see old mature town like mine in Bishan TPY . Literally all empty land already occupy currently building BTO flats. Means these BTO flats already got owners there " of course as usual some got it Never stay there just park waiting to sell off high at resale market " Than AMK, Red hill , etc also same empty land already occupy by new BTO flat. Govt now see any empty land will build BTO flats , they claim is " Locals hard to get it " Epic is more they wanna target 10 million population in disguise.

So you tell me how HDB , Govt relocate you just because your HDB flat lease no more? Lease is just a " Paper " Come to a House literally you can stay forever till you RIP. Look at other countries their residents stay in the same area for years till death than their next generation take over continue to stay where got " no more lease " here and there like in SG way of housing.

Still got sport complex, golf course, horse racing course and some swimming pools to use for HDB. I think that BuLim graveyard can use for HDB by now.

You can sell the remaining 30yrs lease back to HDB and buy a freehold GCB in JB. 😆
