On the one hand I have to hand it to him for making the right call in the reit.
On the other I really question his self promoting mumbo jumbo explanation of why the reit has done poor.ly.....is the underlying reason for poor performance so elusive we need to pay Gabriel Yap for his course or book to understand ...or is the reason straight forward.
The way he talks i don't think anyone can ever learn anything from him.
