Luckily Wong seems capable enough to lead SG for another some years with LHL still healthy to help.

Really, after 3 generations of good leaders and many of them retiring, kind of scary now going forward.

Nothing unusual whenever there is problem elsewhere they will use it to set election time to threaten the voters.

If is a global storm last thing I want to do is vote for the PAP.

Their first people that get sacrificed in a global storm are ordinary people just like during Lehman minibind crisis. Other places like HK and Malaysia make the bank pay for the losses for misleading clients but in Singapore the govt make the victims suffer.

I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

How many more times like this gonna
be repeated and repeated
and repeated and repeated
blab blab blab blab
ownself praises ownself

these people are good professional in
telling lies

before this fellow

over the past 20 years

how many times did electric tariffs water bills
conservancy charges and all been increased?

and how many times did they spend money
as and when they like; covid, popsinger

eventually made everyone pay return
to what they have spent on

and they need you to feed them
daily weekly monthly yearly
for as long as they are in power

when politicians choose to lie
there are often people who suffer
a great deal and
whose life is turned upside-down
because of them

you can live pass the global storm
without them leeching further onto you

every election is the same
if you dont vote us
we wont this and that

after voted in
101 excuses will be prepared
for these this and that
promises made

you are just another seat warmer

for another silver spoon of a silver spoon

who always wanted things done his way

who always must have these things
else will start cracking lame jokes
onto you

who loves having bootlickers by his side

and when things go wrong

papa came to the play

in the end its still not your game
to promise this and that

so whats the point of having you around?
