The last time tell people to buy, practically all of them say the UK is too far away. It is true, very difficult to manage if you are far away.
They have companies there that manage for you and take a % of it. Some even guarantee you a return on a monthly basis at certain locations. Don't know if it works.
For GIC, they can have their own management company. It should have been 51% in the beginning.
