I bought all my power bank from shops. Is there any guidelines for them to sell tested or reputable power banks?

Page two states “ Or any other safety standards”. Means that no need to pass the minimum requirement and can sell.

They also get from the same sources in China. Except in bulk.

My 8-yr old Xiaomi powerbank still usable, never explode, inside is LG batteries.
