Based on available information, none of the three restaurants—Tong Le Private Dining in OUE Tower, TungLok Signatures at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, or Teochew Restaurant Huat Kee in Orange Grove Road—explicitly mention having a dedicated wine cellar in their descriptions or reviews. However, here’s a breakdown of what is known about their wine offerings or related facilities:

1.Tong Le Private Dining (OUE Tower):No specific mention of a wine cellar in the provided sources or general web information. The restaurant is noted for its luxurious dining experience, revolving tower, and private rooms, with a focus on fine Chinese cuisine.

They do have a corkage policy: $80 per bottle for wines, champagnes, and sakes (750ml/720ml), and $100 for hard liquors (700ml), suggesting they accommodate guests bringing their own wine.

Given the upscale nature and affiliation with the TungLok Group, they likely have a curated wine selection, but there’s no evidence of a dedicated wine cellar.

2.TungLok Signatures (Orchard Rendezvous Hotel):

No explicit reference to a wine cellar in reviews or descriptions. The restaurant is praised for its traditional Chinese cuisine and modern creations, with private dining rooms available.

Reviews mention complimentary wine for wedding packages (e.g., one bottle per table) and a corkage fee of $30 per bottle for wine brought in, indicating wine service but not necessarily a cellar.

The focus is on food quality and service, with no indication of a specialized wine storage facility.

3.Teochew Restaurant Huat Kee (Orange Grove Road):

No mention of a wine cellar in available information. The restaurant is described as offering authentic Teochew cuisine in an intimate setting, with a focus on dishes like suckling pig and steamed pomfret.

Reviews do not discuss wine offerings extensively, and there’s a note about a mandatory $24 charge for tea/napkin/appetizer, but no reference to wine storage or a cellar.

As a traditional Teochew restaurant, it’s less likely to emphasize a wine cellar compared to beverage options like tea or Chinese spirits.

Conclusion: There is no definitive evidence that any of these restaurants have a wine cellar. Tong Le Private Dining and TungLok Signatures, being part of the upscale TungLok Group, likely offer a selection of wines and have policies for corkage, but a dedicated wine cellar is not mentioned. Teochew Restaurant Huat Kee also lacks any reference to a wine cellar and seems less focused on wine service. If a wine cellar is a critical factor, you may need to contact the

If you inform governance, risk, compliance and audit before the dinner, the people you will be having dinner with, the restaurant, the intention and the likely amount. No one raise red flag, you are cleared and Audit
