The report pointed out that about half an hour after the plane took off, the captain told the first officer that he wanted to take a rest. The first officer agreed and took over the command, but unexpectedly fell asleep. 

"The co-pilot has a pair of twin babies who are just one month old. His wife is responsible for taking care of them, and he helps at home."
