Croatia, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia etc those Eastern European countries caught my attention in past decade WC. But they lack consistency. Czech at one time era was with good players.

Croatia is doing well this WC and Belgium is lousy, it has problem to score in the past few matches.

Morocco is very strong team and Canada is the worst team among all except for Qatar.
