There are 4 flaws in PAP's handling of this issue.

1) Why those with Condo/ bungalow can still buy HDB?

2) Why rich people are eligible for grants they do not need?

3) SPRs with less than 5 years staying here should not be given any Grants

4) Anyone who buy and sell within 10 years must be subjected to 15% additional property tax

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
