Which person in his right mind wouldn't try to find a job following retrenchment? If a laid off Managing Director finds work as a PHV or taxi driver, property or insurance agent, security guard, deliveryman or as a frontline staff in McDonalds, he is considered employed, or more accurately, underemployed.
