German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has announced the closure of three Iranian consulates in Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg in response to the recent execution of German-Iranian citizen Jamshid Sharmahd. 

The Iranian Embassy in Berlin will not be affected.
