Actually this kind of national utilities that concern the basic essentials & everydazes life of citizens should not be privatized for profit, even worst when you tender out to foreign businesses or those that has link to foreign power.
Germans only woke up after facing the current crisis, wonder when will our higher mortals woke up too.
